You can manage newsgroups and send emails to your group members by creating an account in Outlook Express. To add a newsgroup account, select “Tools> Accounts” from the menu. Select the “Add” option in the “Internet Accounts” box. Choose “News” and follow the wizard’s prompts, provided you know the newsgroup server, account name, and password.

Outlook Express works with other Microsoft applications, so you can easily add attachments, check to spell, and format your work.
